Party HUB: Spy & Word Games ("Party HUB" or the "App") is provided by JeuVerse, an independent app developer ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how information is processed when you use our Android app, including its advertisements, anonymous Firebase authentication, and optional Google Play subscriptions.
You can play without providing your name, email address, or phone number. However, our app and its third-party services may process the following information:
Cloud Firestore is configured for possible secure storage of account entitlements. In the current Party HUB implementation, it does not yet automatically store a complete purchase history. We will update this policy before implementing additional server-side purchase recording.
If you choose photos to create custom picture packs, those photos and pack details are handled locally on your device by the features currently implemented in the App. The current App code does not upload these selected photos to our Firebase database. Local settings, including language and game preferences, may be saved on your device. If you choose a different photo-sharing feature in the future, we will update this policy and request permissions as necessary.

These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's applicable privacy terms. The information these providers process depends on the features and consent settings in use.

Information is processed as needed to provide game features, maintain anonymous authentication, display and measure ads where permitted, process and restore Google Play purchases, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and operate and secure the App. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Where required, the App offers advertising privacy choices, which you can revisit through its privacy settings. Android also offers controls for advertising identifiers. An optional paid subscription removes in-app ads for the period during which the entitlement is valid. Subscription payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Google Play. You can manage your subscription at Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling an auto-renewing subscription typically leaves paid access available through the end of the paid period, subject to Google Play's purchase status and any refunds or revocations.
Information is kept for as long as necessary to provide the relevant service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. Firebase anonymous accounts are not automatically deleted merely because a user uninstalls the App. Google Play controls payment records according to its own policies. Local custom packs and preferences are stored on-device and may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App, although that action does not necessarily delete information held by third parties.
To request deletion of your Party HUB anonymous account or associated data, use the in-app Request data deletion option or visit our Account and data deletion request page. You can also email struslanrz@gmail.com. If possible, include your Firebase UID from the app's deletion request, which helps us locate an anonymous record. Do not send payment-card data or passwords.
We will review requests and delete account information and associated data that we control where required, subject to any lawful retention obligations. Requests concerning Google Play payment records may also need to be made through Google. If you are in the EEA or another jurisdiction granting privacy rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other available rights by contacting us.
Party HUB is a social game. We do not ask players to enter their name, email address, or date of birth as a condition of gameplay. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child's information requires attention, contact us to request review or deletion. Advertising consent, age eligibility, and any relevant Google Play Families requirements depend on the audience settings and actual SDK configuration of the released App; we do not claim that every advertisement is automatically non-personalized for every minor.
Google's services use secure transport for the SDK data described above. Data may be processed in countries where Google and its processors operate. We use access restrictions for Firebase account data, and users are not allowed to edit their own subscription entitlement records directly in Firestore. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. The most recent version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes may require additional notices or consent where applicable.
