Party HUB — Account and Data Deletion

Developer: JeuVerse. This page explains how to request deletion of anonymous account information and associated personal data in Party HUB: Spy & Word Games.

Request deletion

  1. Open Party HUB and tap Request data deletion at the bottom of the main menu, if available. The app prepares an email containing your Firebase anonymous user ID.
  2. Alternatively, email struslanrz@gmail.com with the subject Party HUB account and data deletion.
  3. Include your anonymous Firebase UID if known, and explain what data you want deleted. We may ask for limited additional information needed to locate the correct account. Do not include passwords or card numbers.

What happens next

We review requests and delete the relevant Firebase anonymous account and associated data under our control where required. Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Payment history handled by Google Play is subject to Google's retention and deletion policies and is not automatically erased by deleting a Party HUB account.

Local content

Custom image packs and preferences are stored locally on the device in the present implementation. You can remove this local data by clearing Party HUB's app data or uninstalling the app. This does not automatically remove any Firebase account or Google Play payment records.
